Taoyuan City Government established the "New Immigrant Joint Service Center" in 2017. It integrates resources from the Civil Affairs, Labor, Education, Health, Legal Affairs, and Women and Children Development Bureaus to provide a one-stop service counter.

• Services include: naturalization counseling, citizen card application, job matching, education and learning, psychological counseling, legal and welfare consultation, and interpretation services.
