  • Continuing Education Programs for Elementary and Junior High Schools:
    These programs provide educational opportunities for citizens and new immigrants aged 15 and above who did not complete compulsory education. Classes are divided into two semesters, beginning each September, and require 3 years of study. Courses include Chinese, English, Mathematics, and multicultural communication. Students who complete the program and pass all requirements will receive a graduation certificate.   • Adult Basic Education Program:
