1. **Application & Announcement Period:**
* **Online Registration:** Feb 23, 2026 (Mon) – Mar 23, 2026 (Mon).
* **Mailing Documents:** Must be postmarked by **Mar 30, 2026 (Mon)**. Late submissions will not be accepted.
* **Winners Announcement:** Expected by the end of May 2026.
2. **Eligibility:** New immigrants and their children.
3. **Awards & Amounts:**
* **Award Categories:** Special Talent Award for children, President's Education Award, Academic Excellence & Low-income Scholarship, and Professional Certification Incentive.
* **Amounts:** Range from **NT****$2,000 to NT$****50,000** depending on the category.
