In order to combine the efforts of private organizations and institutions in promoting welfare services for women and children, improve the quality and standards of services, and clearly define the eligible recipients, types, principles, conditions, and standards of various subsidies, the “Directions for Subsidies for the Promotion of Women’s and Children’s Welfare by the Taoyuan City Government” and the “Operating Guidelines for Subsidies for the Promotion of Women’s and Children’s Welfare by the Taoyuan City Government” have been established.
If an applicant organization is a related party as defined in Article 3 of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest, it shall proactively and truthfully disclose its identity and relationship in the application documents in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 14 of the Act.
