### **Subsidy Guidelines for New Immigrant Welfare Services in Taoyuan**

To enhance the quality of women and children's welfare services, Taoyuan City has established guidelines to regulate subsidy eligibility, items, and standards.
**Important Note:** Applicants who are "related persons" of public servants (per the _Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest_) must disclose their status in the application.
#### **I. Eligible Organizations:**
1. Social welfare institutions (Foundations).
2. Foundations or NGOs registered in Taoyuan (bylaws must include New Immigrant or social welfare services).
3. Senior high schools, vocational schools, and universities.
4. National NGOs with branches in Taoyuan.
5. Local Community Development Associations in Taoyuan.
#### **II. Subsidy Categories & Items:**
* **New Immigrant Activities:** Multicultural festivals, family bonding events, guided cultural "mini-trips," and empowerment camps for children.
* **Lectures & Forums:** Topics on rights, employment, health, cultural differences, and gender equality.
* **Support Groups:** Emotional expression, social adaptation, and mutual growth groups.
* **Empowerment Courses:** Digital skills, legal/medical knowledge, cooking, Taiwanese folk culture, professional training, and media literacy (creation/expression).
* **Community Care Centers:** Local service points providing support for adaptation, marriage, and employment (Specific guidelines apply).
