To strengthen employment skills and workplace competencies for citizens in Taoyuan City, local training resources are integrated to promote localized vocational training and cultivate talent with both professional knowledge and practical skills. Therefore, vocational training programs for unemployed individuals and caregiver training courses are provided.

To assist new immigrants in successfully participating in training programs, the final score is calculated based on the combined written and oral examination results, with an additional 3% bonus weighting. In addition, each class reserves three priority training spots for new immigrants who meet the admission score requirements.
