If a new immigrant is raising a minor child of R.O.C. nationality, can they apply for a rent subsidy?
According to Article 4 of the operational regulations for the "30 Billion NTD Central Government Expanded Rent Subsidy Program," if a minor child of R.O.C. nationality is under the guardianship or has their rights and obligations exercised by a foreign national, stateless person, or resident from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau, the guardian may submit an application for the rent subsidy.
