What Type of Proof of Means of Livelihood Is Required for Applications for Naturalization as the Spouse of a National of Our Country and for Applications for Restoration of Nationality After Loss of Our Country’s Nationality?

Applicants applying for naturalization as the spouse of a national of our country are exempt from submitting documentary proof of “having sufficient property or professional skills, being self-supporting, or having no concerns regarding livelihood security.”
Applicants applying for naturalization pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the Nationality Act, as well as those applying for restoration of nationality after having lost the nationality of our country, shall meet the requirement of “having sufficient property or professional skills, being self-supporting, or having no concerns regarding livelihood security.” Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act, this requirement refers to:
Domestic income, tax payment, movable property, or immovable property information.
Employment certificates issued by employers, or a written statement by the applicant explaining their job duties and income.
Certificates of professional occupations and technical personnel or skills examination certificates issued by government agencies of our country.
Other documents sufficient to prove the ability to be self-supporting or to ensure no concerns regarding livelihood security.
Submission of the documents listed in Items 1, 2, and 4 above, including those submitted by the applicant and the following persons who have household registration within the country and are not receiving living assistance:
Spouse.
Parents of the spouse.
Parents.
Submission of the documents listed in Items 2 and 3 above, including those submitted by the applicant and the following persons who have household registration within the country; if submitted by the following persons, a letter of guarantee sufficient to ensure that the applicant’s livelihood within the country is secure shall also be provided:
