To strengthen the educational knowledge of new immigrants and provide diverse learning channels, the city offers six major categories of courses every year from March to November at the New Immigrant Learning Center (Zhongzhen Elementary School). These include "Language Learning," "Humanities and Local Culture (Multiculturalism)," "Family Education," "Legal Knowledge," "Diverse Empowerment," and "Policy Promotion and Other Courses."
