1. Settlement Certificate issued by the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior, notifying the applicant to process household registration.
2. Household Register. (Not required for those establishing a separate household; however, relevant documents such as proof of house ownership for the new household must be provided.)
3. One color half-length front-facing photo taken within the last 2 years or a digital photo.
4. Fee for initial issuance of Household Register: NT$30; Fee for initial issuance of National ID Card: NT$50.

※ After reporting household registration, the applicant can apply for the National ID Card in accordance with regulations.
